Role Statement:
Implement, evaluate and monitor all activities to minimize risk or hazard to health, safety, security or to the environment for company’s operations. Main Responsibilities, Key Activities, Duties and Main Tasks:
· Conduct risk assessments.
· Conduct COSSH/chemical hazard assessments.
· Identify activities and analyse operational environmental aspects/impacts.
· Develop and implement safe working procedures and instructions.
· Support operations and management.
· Promote safe working methods and best industry practices.
· Monitor QHSSE annual goals & objectives.
· Provide support as required to all Russia operations.
· Develop and maintain site plans, emergency procedures and controls.
· Assess and maintain the laws and regulations and requirements of Safety and Environmental Risks, update and promote actions to accomplish them.
· Control all QHSSE documents.
· Develop and conduct QHSSE training for all staff.
· Accidents/incident and near miss investigation, monitoring and action tracking.
· Corrective and preventative action development and implementation.
· OFIs (opportunities of improvement) monitoring.
· Waste management reporting and statistics.
· Evaluate QHSSE suppliers performance.
· Elaborate and monitor QHSSE KPIs.
· Auditing and assessment of QHSSE performance.
· Reporting of all location QHSSE related information.
· Communicate and liase with Team Leaders and Managers on all QHSSE related matters.
· Align and implement global and regional practices at location level.
· Promote and implement global QHSSE initiatives and objectives.
· Assists and liaises customer QHSSE Management to meet their QHSSE targets and objectives. This position requires:
· An individual technically qualified in Safety or Environmental or in other related field.
· Communication skills.
· Training skills.
· Team orientation, motivation.
· Practical, flexible and involved approach to implement, control and monitor QHSSE services at all staff levels at locations within the region.
· Knowledge of QHSSE practices, standards, general legislation and regulatory requirements of the country where is located.
· 2 Years QHSSE experience.
· Working Experience in Oil and Gas industry projects will be beneficial.
