Responsibilities:
* Checks and verifies re-measurement prepared by CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR, either in terms of quantity and / or in terns of measurement convention taken and / or in terns of contractual entitlement
* Produces a monthly report, indicating for each Construction Contract and per trade, contract, and actual, forecast quantity and related direct cost
* Studies all quantum justifications given by CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR for any change order, variation request, offers and the like
* Assists, with cost department, in preparing any quantum section for back charges towards CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR
* Assists, with cost department, in preparing Quantum section for any change orders, variations, claims or the like towards Client
* Upon request of Site Construction Contract Manager, assists and participates for any CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR commercial negotiation regarding change orders, variations, back charge and the like
* Verifies any monthly or progress Construction Contractor payment certificates
* Keeps all measurement files adequately archive and stored for an easy and efficient retrieval
* Participates in meetings regarding reimbursable items with CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR Requirements:
* Higher education
* 3 years minimum experience on the similar position
