________________________________________ • Researches and analyzes recruitment opportunities and resources • Providing a recruitment plan for areas of responsibility • Providing interview with candidates by phone and face to face in accordance with company policy • Effectively screens applicants, selects best qualified and presents to hiring manager a short list • Provide effective advertising strategies in accordance with guidelines set by the recruitment • Manage contracts with recruitment agencies (cost control, invoices, meetings and etc.)
• Collaborates with hiring managers in advance of open positions to understand staffing needs and develop effective, ongoing recruitment strategies • Effective communicate and coordinate interview with line manager and participate recruiter on technical interview • Planning Recruitment activities for the month based on staffing requests • Preparing monthly recruitment report to HR Head
Requirements
Education: Higher Education English: Fluent Russian: native Experience: more than 5 years experience in recruitment Ready for business trips to Iraq. Motivated Good communication skills
