RTG-Group, a British recruitment and headhunting firm which specialises in the Oil and Gas industries, is looking for a university graduate for a permanent full-time position as a Recruitment Researcher.

Recruitment side duties – 80% of working time:
- Inputting information about candidates, clients and vacancy requirements to the corporate database, according to the RTG procedures.
- Researching candidates for active vacancy requirements in: a) corporate database; b) RTG network of contacts; c) social networks (LinkedIn etc.); d) industry associations (Society of Petroleum Engineers etc.; e) other possible sources.
- Organizing and coordinating: a) interviews between RTG consultant and candidates; b) preparation of candidates’ CVs to be sent to clients; c) interviews between RTG clients and candidates.
- Researching for relevant industry info & news on open mass media sources
- Taking minutes during meetings

Administrative duties – 20% of working time:
- Making travel arrangements
- Inputting expenses into database
- Filing and keeping office space organized

Position Requirements:
- Recent Graduate
- Knowledge of written and spoken English language at least at Upper-Intermediate level
- Hard-working, willing to start a successful career in recruitment & headhunting
- Perfectionist by nature with attention to detail

What we want this person to have achieved by the end of 2011:
- Research having resulted to 3 placements
- Finding at least 3 candidates in a week’s time for any vacancy requirement

Compensation Package:
Base salary plus bonus from placement fees. Numbers are subject to be reviewed based on the results of the 6 months of work.
