Responsibilities:
•Monitor the performance of the Company Refining and Supply operations and regularly inform the Shareholder on business results vs. plans.
•Act as Team focal point on Downstream economics and support Team leader and senior management in strategic and on-going decision making
•Assist the Company in development of new businesses, manage interface with the Shareholder business contacts, lead the development of business models and project plans.
•Ensure output meets Framework Agreement contracted deliverables
•Commission technology reviews to support shareholder position on major refining projects.
•Analyse the refining and supply resolutions and financial memoranda submitted to the Company produce recommendations for the Shareholder Board members
•Review of and voting on board resolutions
•Review of industry statistics and analysis
•Maintain a network of contacts with shareholder downstream to enable the Company and access to required support and advice and to act as a source on Russia/East Europe downstream information for the Shareholder businesses.

Experience:
•Minimum 10 years refining and supply experience
•Oil Refining operations / technical experience.
•Financial / investment analysis experience.
•Supply / logistic operational or commercial experience an advantage.
•Highly numerate with excellent PC skills.
•Able to influence others without line authority.
•Confidence / experience to work with major Russian business enterprises at different levels
•Cross-cultural communication and teamwork
•Graduate qualification in Science/ Engineering; ideally Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or similar technology
•МВА (US or Western Europe) or equivalent experience / training
