Large international producer Gas detectors is looking for potential candidates for Regional Sales Manager, Fixed Gas & Flame.
Responsibilities:
Guide and manage the Fixed Gas & Flame Detection sales team by providing sales guidelines, a consistent sales order acquisition processes, negotiation skills support. Implement a prospection plan to expand the customer database. Monitor the sales portfolio (pipeline) through a detailed reporting process Set up and agree on annual targets and metrics for the team Manage the PMP of the team and set up salesman performance improvement plan with HR when necessary. Implement product introduction between marketing and sales team to deliver increasing customer and product coverage. Review logistical needs and/or issues at the local level. With Product focus team, define targets and participate as necessary in demand creation activities such as fairs, exhibitions or seminars.
Requirements
Education- University degree or equivalent - Electrical Engineering, Science, or other Technical degree. Alternatively, non-technical degree plus at least 10 years experience in sales of technical products English Fluently Service/Technical competences - Broad experience with products, applications and knowledge of the Fixed Gas & Flame Detection segment
