The Company:
One major Russian Oil & Gas companies working on an international level, with many projects worldwide.
Is looking for Regulatory specialist in the area of Industrial safety
Job Location: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (office, with some travel to the site)
Duties:
• Prepare, update, get approvals for the Production control plan and manage execution of the plan
• Prepare and submit reports to RTN in accordance with the RF legislation
• Provide assistance on engineering and operation of the hazardous industrial facilities in the area of industrial safety
• Review operating and maintenance procedures
• Review design specifications
• Interface with officials of authorized governmental agencies on industrial safety issues
• Participate in RF agency inspections, resolve inspection issues;
• Manage/oversee the work of technical experts/consultants/contractors brought in to undertake related tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma of an engineer (preffered)
• Knowledge of and experience in oil and gas Regulatory Regulations, Rules and Procedures
• Knowledge of English Language
