ACTIVITIES Make sure HSE concerns are properly addressed on day-to-day activities, especially when requiring or supervising data acquisition.
Ensure daily monitor of producer & injector wells behavior, develop adapted set of indicators, reporting
Plan and supervise data acquisition on all relevant wells (OP, WI, WS) to cope with reservoir management strategy
Ensure quality check of acquired data, perform the interpretation and prepare detailed reports.
Use relevant reservoir-engineering software (Saphir, Emeraude, Prosper, Mbal…) to perform in-house interpretation
Ensure that companie's state of the art and rules are properly applied
Interact with DO to optimize production measurement procedures and incorporate operational constraints into the elaboration of the data acquisition programs,
Maximize production by optimizing with DO the frequency of operations such as tubing scrapping, solvent or hot oil injection … and by minimizing production losses during testing and downhole interventions dedicated to monitoring
Optimize, maintain and organize a daily production database to follow wells and reservoir performance evolution. Liaise with GSR data management system. Keep an up-to-date data acquisition (operations and results) database
Prepare & dispatch a weekly report including reservoir performance, production and injection allocation per well,
Participate to short term production forecasts definition (decline curve analysis, material balance calculations, …)
Participate to the elaboration of the overall Reservoir Monitoring Program
Participate in the elaboration of the dossiers that have to be submitted to Russian authorities (TsKR, GKZ, …) and to Partners reporting (data, TCM, etc …)
Part of the Well Performance team : propose, evaluate & review well architecture, equipment, interventions (WO, WSO, …) to maximize production
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good knowledge of reservoir evaluation techniques, in particular, production performance analysis, well behavior modeling and well test interpretation.
Critical sense with regards to data quality and results accuracy.
Willingness to travel to the field as needed and work on site for jobs supervision
Ability to maintain good relationship and communication with other operational departments
Ease with computer use and data manipulation
Fluent in English, French and Russian useful.
