Job Title: Sales Manager Analytical Reports to: Sales Director Analytical Division/Territory: CIS Location: Moscow
1. Purpose To manage all sales and marketing activities in the whole territory thus contributing substantially to the planned growth of Analytical business
2. Specific Responsibilities · To develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for Analytical · To develop new business opportunities (industries, customers, region) for the assigned products · To maintain direct sales contacts with the key accounts in the area through regular visits · To develop and meet the bookings, sales and operating profit budgets · To conduct and monitor market analyses and competition surveys · To actively participate in customer oriented events and sales campaigns · To develop Proposals for Analytical Solutions and Systems · To cooperate with Project managera and Contract Administrators to provade best procurement of Analytical projects · To develop concepts and to prepare and implement programs to introduce new products and solutions · To support and guide the dedicated local field sales engineers and desk sales engineers by providing education, technical support and efficient sales tools · To ensure that all RAI processes, procedures and rules are established and strictly followed by sales people · To support the Management in establishing a strong sales force for Analytical Business Unit in CIS
3. General:
The candidate must have a solid Analytical background with experience in Sales Management. In particular he/she should have knowledge and experience of selling Gas Chromatographs and large complex Analytical systems Application knowledge in Gas Processing, Petrochemical and Chemical processing would be a bonus To find a candidate from the competition with a preference from Siemens Our preference is to find a candidate that has existing business contacts with the major companies in CIS The candidate must have good understanding of English both written and spoken The candidate should demonstrate that he is comfortable working with Senior Management both at a customer and internal level. Candidate should be results driven Candidate should demonstrate good business and ethical integrity
4. Customers: Internal: · Management Team in CIS · Dedicated analytical sales and service people in CIS · Headquarters in Baar, Bognor, Hasselroth, Wessling and the USA
External: · Existing customers in CIS · Prospective customers in CIS · Local authorities
Local System Integrators
5. Education / Training / Experience · Higher Technical education, preferably in physics, chemistry and/or engineering · At least 5 years experience in the Analytical field of process control · Proven track record in sales · At least three years experience of Sales Management
