International Energy Consortium is looking for a SAP Manager.

Location- Moscow
Functions:
• Lead a project organization to define the Company’s business functions and need during construction and operational stages and to select the best SAP system solution for the Company
• Carryout a gap analysis with Total’s SALSA Template
• Analyze and compare the best solution for Company and shareholders based on the study of implementing the SALSA Template or making a SAP from scratch taking into consideration timing, costs and resources required from organization
• Plan, organize and carryout Steering Committee meetings
• Manage one other employee and supporting consulting company
• Lead the Company supporting project organization
• Make presentations to shareholder committees
• Obtain shareholder decision on best implementation strategy for Company

If leadership and project management skills are demonstrated during the Pre-Implementation phase, then the candidate may be appointed Project Manager during the implementation phase
Requirements:
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
• Candidate must have previously held the Project Manager position and successfully implemented SAP - experience delivering projects as manager participating at least in 3 full cycle SAP implementations
• Candidate must have deep understanding of business processes in the construction and oil and gas or mineral recourses industry, including Finance, Logistics, Procurement areas
• Candidate must have advanced knowledge of the SAP ERP main modules (FI/CO, MM, HR)
• Candidate must have >3 years experience of relationships with Executives / Senior Executives of top market companies;
