Reporting line: Project Engineering Manager
Dimensions: - The employee will work as part of the Offshore Projects Team to create integrated surface facilities and field concepts for our customers (often with the help of contractors); - The projects are predominately offshore and onshore brownfields modifications and are managed from opportunity or problem identification through to commissioning, handover to Operations and close-out;
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: - manage interface with Production stakeholder departments; - review of work carried out by external engineering consultants; - provide follow-on construction support for onshore and offshore; - provide single focal point for Company Construction activities; - direct supervision of Offshore Construction Superintendents; - maintain up-to-date knowledge of current construction management and business processes; - ensure Company’s procedures are being complied with.
Experience and Qualifications required: - higher professional education in Engineering; - commissioning experience in complex oil and gas assets no less than 10 years; - thorough understanding and application of Construction and Commissioning Standards; - thorough understanding and application of Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas facilities and applicable standards (Russian and International); - thorough knowledge of construction and commissioning techniques; - qualified and experienced to ensure that the Integrity requirements are managed, implemented, maintained and supported throughout the construction and commissioning period; - HSE leadership. - fluent in English.
