General Information: Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd. (Sakhalin Energy) is the operator of the Sakhalin-2 project under a Production Sharing Agreement with the Russian Federation. The company was formed in 1994 to develop the Piltun-Astokhskoye oil field and the Lunskoye gas field in the Sea of Okhotsk offshore Sakhalin Island in the Russian Far East. Reporting line: Maintenance & Integrity Manager
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Strategic leadership on business processes maintenance, development, implementation and application for the Maintenance Planning, Shutdown Management and Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Support teams; •Coach, guide and instruct these teams to ensure support for the Asset Operations and Maintenance staff; •Establish quality improvement and audit plans focused on the maintenance and shutdown management process; •Provide information related to maintenance issues in the course of Asset Reference and Maintenance Reference Plans development; •Develop procedures for all maintenance processes as per SAP Blueprint model and internal standards; •Establish and develop recurring activity maintenance plans and schedules for newly commissioned facilities and equipment as per site commissioning schedule;
Experience and Qualifications required:
•Higher professional education in Engineering; •Minimum 10 years of work experience under the specialty; •Maintenance Planning and Scheduling principles; •Computer Maintenance Management Systems and essential features required to support maintenance execution; •Maintenance and Engineering practices and processes in the Oil and Gas industry; •Maintenance Execution Managment; •CMMS (SAP-PM); •HSES Management System.
