Sales Manager
(Drilling department)
Location: Surgut
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drilling Systems direct sales for key Customer.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for Coil Tubing Drilling service business (DD and MWD) and equipment in Russia Caspian region.
• Assists with the development of short and long range sales goals.
• May maintain and service some additional key accounts.
• Handles special projects, as assigned. Thorough knowledge of company products.
• Show excellent communication skills, excellent negotiating skills, expertise in sales and marketing.
• Responsible for over $25MM in sales.
• Reports to Region Sales Manager.
• Very visible role in the company as will have exposure to management in Germany and USA.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
• Ideal candidate will have a drilling background and have knowledge of Surgutneftegaz (perhaps a previous employee or someone dealing with them currently)
• Be self motivated and a drive for results
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Have Russian and English language skills
