Position: Sales Manager
Responsibility • Maintaining and developing the sales for PAG, SPG and bulk in a selected geographic area (the Region) in line with company strategies and objectives (margin, value and volume); • Generating new commercial leads and new customers in his Region according yearly objectives; • Ensures correct invoicing, also for interventions, equipment and services; • Control payments from existing customers; • Keep customer/prospect database correct and up-to-date; • Report of all substantial visits in customer/prospect database; • Plan and coordinate technical and commercial support for existing customers; • Yearly Price increase; • Provides regional input to marketing planning.
Experience • Graduate in technical (preferable mechanical / chemical education); • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Business to Business, preferably technical (industrial oriented) products; • Minimum 2 years of experience in gas sales or similar businesses; • Minimum 3 years of management experience; • Native region language(s) and fluency in English; • Good attitude for negotiation; • Customer Focus is a must, self-managed, stress resistant and flexible; • Teamwork and collegiality; • Ability to travel; • Driving lisenses availability, minimum 5 year driving experience.
