We are looking for a Superintendent Scaffolding/Painting/Insulation for our construction Site in Tobolsk (Russia).
The project will start immediately and last until end of 2012. Start of Working Period: Nov/Dec 2010
Duration of Engagement : about 2 years
Job Description (main tasks) : Supervision of construction site activities with respect to scaffolding and painting matters (mechanical and E&I) and verifying scaffolding concepts, inspection of scaffolds; supervision of our subcontractor's personnel; inspection of painting; attending meetings with clients, contractors and own staff; reporting.
Professional Experience: Working as a scaffolding/painting superintendend in chemical and/or petrochemical industry; experience with local (russian) authorities and contractors welcome; able to handle MS Office tools; several years practical experience on construction sites.
Language Skills: (German), English and Russian (mandatory)
