Requirements:

5+ years of experience as Completion and Well Services Engineer with skills required in Completion, Work-over, Slick line, Perforation, PLT and Stimulation;
English language - advanced level;
Willingness to business trips;
Reliability, autonomy, curiosity.

Main responsibilities:

Review HSE risk assessment and HSE risk acceptance criteria for Completion and Work-over operations (JRA);
Investigate a Site Incidents and Participate to CTA;
Participate to the HSE monthly meeting every other month;
Prepare specific completion, stimulation programme with EOWCR + CIP;
Insure Wellview database is well documented for completion schematics;
Participate and optimise Completion Design from conception to installation following Company rules;
Write standard completion instructions;
Identify completion risk and propose mitigation procedures. One week on site each other month;
Manage completion materials procurement;
Work with Reservoir Engineer, Production Engineer and Drilling Team to improve Well Performance;
Follow ESP monitoring on each well;
Perform and valid ESP design with ESP contractor;
Analyse ESP failures to improve equipment and/or performances;
Participate to Stimulation and Perforation strategy following reservoir parameters and skin effect;
Follow the completion services contract;
Perform technical Audit in services companies;
Participate to the preparation of well costs and operations budget;
Follow daily cost of completion operations;
Documents, reports and programmes;
Review and analyse all documents and all technical request from contractors;
Analyse and prepare SQM’s with different contractor.
