Western EPC company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Responsible for studywork, design, specification and services related to electrical systems including power generation, transmission and distribution, power systems performance and control, cabling and wiring, lighting, motor control centers, communications systems, cathodic protection, grounding lightning protection, heat tracing.
- Experienced with HV, MV and LV Switchgear, Protection relays, transformers, MV and LV Motors, AC and DC UPS Systems and other associated electrical equipment.
- To provide technical input for (including calculations): single line diagrams, protection schematic diagrams, cable routing, rack and lighting layouts, load lists updates, Cable schedules, some wiring diagrams, low voltage cable calculations, gland and drumming schedules, knowledge of electrical equipment including switchgear, transformer, motors, control stations, light fittings and earthing materials, system stability and reliability
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience.
- To have an experience in detailed design work in oil and gas industry. Must have an experience of working in engineering company or RDI. Field experience is highly appreciated.
- To be familiar with software used in detailed electrical design.
- Good English; written and spoken.
- Experience of working with International companies.
- Knowledge of Russian and International Codes and Standards.
Labour contract will be signed till June 2010 and then extended, as the scope of work on this project is huge.
