* Degree in Instrument Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of international oil& gas experience in Instrument
Engineering offshore activities
* Experience in Instrument offshore systems & commissioning, preparation of technical variation proposals
* Experience of large multidiscipline projects, hook up and
pre-commissioning procedures & standards
* Former CIS experience and working in multinational diverse environments
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the HUC Contractor execute the work scope in accordance to the Project and Kazakh standards, procedures and schedules.
Resolve and respond to Technical Queries on site.
Resolve and respond to site queries , liaise with Design where necessary.
The job holder is:
Responsible for the Hook-Up quality and adherence to standards.
Accountable for instrument aspects of the work scope and schedule.
Interface with other departments within the EP Project as required.
Assist in technical preparation of responses to variation proposal by Contractor.
