Job description
Reporting lines and interactions:
Functionally reports to: Head of Department – Instrumentation Control Systems
Operationally reports to: Engineering Manager
Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):
dimensions of the job Site surveys, index, cable block diagrams, instrument location layouts, cable routing, cable schedule, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, hook-ups, MTO. Capable to deliver a full set of drawings as per schedules with high quality of auto-cross-checking, direct interface with Engineers.
Profile: Must have: Diploma in Instrumentation and/or Control Engineering
Main accountabilities:
Must have 6-9 years of experience as an Instrumentation Designer in the Oil and Gas Industry in BROWNFIELD.
Autonomous with 5 years practical experience as designer on Microstation and AutoCAD.
Should have experience using all Designer modules in IN-tools (SPI).
Over and above the core skill requirements, skills such as PDMS, PDS, AVEVA and SP3D are an added recommendation.
Shall be able to prepare all the instrumentation deliverables independently with only general guidance from Engineers.
Dynamism, pro-activeness, good communicating skills,
