Business planning:
coordinate preparation and management of the Corporate Planning Cycle, in cooperation with Finance and other departments;
coordinate preparation of Company Business Plan according to corporate procedure, ensuring high data quality and consistent views;
coordinate Asset Reference Plan Update preparation including holding risks/opportunities workshops and scenarios development;
contribute to the development growth strategies and support scenarios generating, projects portfolio prioritization and the resulting hydrocarbon maturation outlook;
Business Plan Scope workshop coordination, business cases development and alignment with involved departments;
coordinate Asset Framing Sessions for input into the Long term and Short term drilling sequence and development plans;
ensure Business Plan development / planning / forecasting data is consistent and correctly captured;
Reporting:
support preparation of official Russian Party development and budgetary documents (Plan of Development - PoD, Amendment to Development Budget ADB);
support Technical Director in preparation of technical regular and ad-hoc reports;
hold the role of TD liaison for external queries (from Russian authorities, lenders, external audits, and other external and internal visitors), coordinate proper data/history storing;
holds the role of TD Shareholder Liaison, coordinates queries addressing and support TD in organizing Shareholder Working Sessions, Technical Committee Meetings, when it is required;
DRB (Decision Review Board):
coordinates TD-DRB and P&D DRB processes, challenges data inputs, ensures that all decisions and actions properly captured;
provides TD-DRB note data quality control (required content); Support project teams in carrying out initial economic analysis, if required.
Experience and Qualifications required:
technical higher professional education, preferably in Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering
minimal previous work experience shall be 5 years, with at least 3 years in reservoir engineering or production technology areas.
good communication skills, multidisciplinary team work experience
language: fluent in Russian and conversant in oral and written English
PC skills: knowledge of planning software (SAP, Primavera, MS Project Mnr) is advantage.
