Work location Nefteyugansk Functions
• Source, negotiate, execute and manage contracts for purchase of goods and services in support of company operations in Nefteyugansk area.
• Place purchase orders for local supplies.
• Work with the internal customer to prepare bid documents to include commercial terms and conditions as well as the scope of work.
• Work to resolve any contractual and performance challenges with subcontractors.
• Mentor the subcontracting parties to become familiar with Company policies and requirements in terms of work performance expectations, HSE standards, ethical standards, financial requirements to achieve a win-win solution with service and goods providers.
• Timely provide reports to management.
• Analyze the current supplier database and work with peer colleagues to optimize similar scopes within the region.
Requirements
• Higher education
• At least 5 years in procurement/purchasing preferably in an international oil/gas service company
• Good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP, others are a plus)
• PC literate (MS Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to travel when and where required
• Good communications skills
