Vacancy for a position of:
Senior Project Engineer
A developing international company is looking for a qualified specialist for a position of a senior engineer responsible for diagnosis and expert appraisal of oil and gas industrial safety.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking part in contract negotiations and tenders for carrying out certain tasks ;
2. Responsibility for all stages of diagnosis and expert appraisal of industrial safety in potentially hazardous oil and gas production facilities ;
3. Quality control at commissioning and overhauling of power and heat equipment; construction, commissioning and operation Instrument Safe Guarding Systems;
4. Design and Creation of Engineering Documents.
Requirements:
- technical/engineering education;
- no less than 5-year-experience in occupying senior/chief specialist(engineer) position of oil and gas industry;
- awareness of non-destructive examination methods is obligatory;
- preparation of reports and technical estimation according to the tasks fulfilled – following foreign (western) standards;
- fluent English is obligatory;
- foreign company work experience is an advantage;
- for Russian specialists – the RosTekhNadzor (by the Russian Federal Service for Ecological Technical and Atomic Supervision) Industrial Safety Certificate is obligatory;
- for foreign specialists – conversational Russian ( Pre-Intermediate).
