This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Senior PVV Layout Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• To lead and coordinate the PVV and layout studies of the project.
• To supervise LNG plant FEED design of relevant discipline and provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning teams and the PVV field engineering.
• To monitor and highlight the interfaces within the LNG plant FEED packages (in particular for layout and with all engineering disciplines) and with the other packages of the PLANT in relation to this discipline.
• To participate in technical reviews during the FEED design execution: to provide support and expertise and contribution with regards to this discipline.
• Participate to the Project HAZOP and PTR,
• To ensure proper reporting, highlighting critical issues to the Engineering Management and proposing remedial actions.
• To contribute to improving the project lessons learnt and personnel skills.
• To contribute to the advancement of working methods and tools within his speciality.
• To advise the Engineering Management on solutions to this discipline.
• Ensure that the design of installations meets the requirements of the project specifications, Safety Concept and other related documents.
• Guarantee the quality of PVV and layout related studies and associated deliverables. Monitor and coordinate the LNG plant FEED Contractor and guide the design of the installations by close participation in the design activities, review and comment on the corresponding FEED deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
