Work Place: Stavanger, Bergen or Oslo area
About Information about the position: Perform Stress analysis of piping systems, including pipe supports, nozzle checks and flange checks. Stress ISO production. Prepare stress report and input to 3rd party verification. Spring and bellows specification. Frequency response analysis. Acoustic fatigue analysis and impact analysis. PSV piping. Slug flow analysis
Competence requirements: 5-10 years of experience, preferably within offshore modification work on Norwegian Shelf. Extensive experience from piping stress analysis from offshore oil and gas installations. Detailed knowledge within piping, pipe support and structural. Knowledge of Caesar II or similar software tools are preferred. Detailed knowledge within ASME B31.3, PED, EN-13480 are preferred. Knowledge of Ptil requirements and Norsok standard are preferred, but experience in performing in accordance with standards might compensate for knowledge of these specific standards. Familiar with 3D and 2D tools. Multidiscipline knowledge. High degree of self learning skills. Good cooperation and communication skills.
Position demands: The applicant must have MSC or BSc. We also prefer PhD.
Wages: NOK 450 000 – 850 000 (app. € 60 000 – 110 000) gross pr. month depending on experience and qualifications. Higher wages could be negotiated for the right candidate.
Housing: To Be Agreed. Several allowances arrangements.
Family: The employer will assist you if you bring your family.
