Position
Senior Supply Chain Manager
Function
• Develop a system of Upstream SCM Performance measurement and management which will ensure improved performance against the objectives set for all Upstream SCM Sector and sourcing teams;
• Ensure qualified recommendations and expert evaluation with regard to development of key contracting strategies at the level of Sector Teams aligning the sector teams' objectives and Contractors' KPIs;
• Ensure use of the world best practices, experience sharing between sector teams;
• Develop and implement a system of Upstream SCM Performance management which will ensure improved efficiency of contracting strategies, analysis of the key deliverables against the objectives of Sector /Sourcing Teams;
• Extend the understanding and implementation by Sector/Sourcing Teams of the Company Contractor Performance Management process (CPM) with regard to all long term contracts;
• Develop and implement a standard contracting methodology to determine performance indicators for all the existing company’s contractors (>$5 million) which will allow meeting the company’s basic expectations from all contractors that perform work / provide services with regard to HSE, quality, schedule and costs
• Develop clear instructions for establishing and measuring key target performance indicators in contracts and across Upstream sectors using the established reporting systems (STEPS) and other methods for reflecting the performance data;
• Develop a methodology and pilot proposals on implementation of the reward system within the selected sectors/ contracts to improve contractor performance. Analyze the advantages and propose fit for purpose solutions for target sector(s).
Requirements
• Higher - technical or economic/financial
• At least 10 years of experience in oil industry, including various types of operations and various project implementation conditions;
• At least 7 years of work in procurement and supply chains management in oil&gas production companies;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Manager in procurement and supply chain management;
• Application of knowledge and experience in procurement and supply chain management (demand management, strategic supply, contractors’ performance management) when developing and managing procurement strategies critical for business success
• Experience of work in extended management teams at the level of business units;
• Experience of work and exercising influence when interacting with people from different cultures and nationalities;
• English - fluent business language;
• Advanced user of MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel), SAP, data bases;
