MAIN DUTIES, SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, SKILLS:
- Skills in strategic planning, project management and budgeting, managerial skills.
- Control timely performance of procedures regarding transportation provision.
- Arrange and control transportation service support to the Operator’s activity.
- Arrange and control management of own and rented transport of the Operator.
- Ensure preparation of documents and Terms of reference for required service providers tenders according to effective procedures and regulations of the Operator.
- Prepare, endorse and monitor fulfillment of contracts, as well as make status reports on fulfillment of contractual obligations and check compliance with all contract terms by the contractor.
- To develop organizational and technical activities on upgrading and more rational use of Company’s fleet, increasing labour productivity and reducing transportation expenditures.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Professional knowledge in Transportation and Fleet management in the Oil & gas companies. Transport management; Engineering; Fleet maintenance management skills.
