Service Center Supervisor / Sakhalin
1. Follows the market evolution in the region, identifies new opportunities and new clients requirements to recommend potential strategic investments to the management,
2. Leads proposal efforts and identifies new opportunities with Project Engineering companies,
3. Identifies add on sales opportunities as project matures, at either pre or post contract phases;

4. Is totally accountable for the execution of assigned HT&P interventions according to the contracts,
5. Manages the project team dynamics to ensure a harmonious and productive working atmosphere,
6. Manages day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the centre of excellence and with the customer,
7. Identifies resources and assigns individual responsibilities and schedules field service work and technicians,
8. Creates and coordinates project plans, monitors jobs progress and revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements, organizes and reviews deliverables prior to submission to client,
9. Minimizes company exposure to risk on project, performs cost analysis and ensures quoted margins are realized and cost savings managed, provides project tracking cost/rev/margin progress reports/analysis as required in liaison with the Financial department,
10. Monitors, drives & coordinates internally all orders to ensure agreed deadlines are met, and keeps customers fully informed of change at all times;
11. Negotiates contracts with Clients and Subcontractors, follows them, takes care of scope of works and supply, and verifies their implementation till reception of final payment;

12. Ensures all workshop activities are properly performed according to the intervention planning and takes final decision relative to workshop activities if required,
13. Monitors the use of various outside companies to source/rent equipment and subcontracting scope of work to ensure the execution of the interventions according to the established planning,
14. Ensures that all staff has the required certifications/skills to execute the assigned operations and provides technical support to them when required,
15. Monitors daily site activities and back log, and advises the Financial department of variations as they occur to ensure accurate invoicing;
