Function
• Verify the deliverables to be produced for civil and structural works.
• Coordinate and supervise surveys for civil works and structural studies for LNG assets.
• Ensure coordination of civil and structural activities with other Specialists within the project team.
• Up-date and comment the documents and issue the as-built drawing.
• Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules and Russian standards and practices. Review and answer the Engineering Queries.
• Call for and participate to necessary technical and/or co-ordination meetings required to achieve the performance of the work.
• Follow-up and assist Contractor(s) activities: strong guidance may be expected.
• Coordinate civil works supervision.
• Manage technical interfaces related to civil works and structural between EPC Contractors.
• Ensure, coordinate and follow-up feed-back during civil works and structural execution.
• Ensure proper preparation of civil works and structural as-built documentation and proper hand-over to commissioning team.
• Participate Engineering meetings.

Requirements
• Higher professional education in a relevant engineering subject
• Minimum 10 years experience in civil engineering and construction for the oil industry of which 5 spent in a lead civil / structural engineering position.
• Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Good knowledge and practice with Autocad/ Navisworks software and other software.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
