ACTIVITIES Planning field:
Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration.
Review and analyse Contractors scheduling and planning documents (procedure, etc) and provide practical assistance on planning methodology, techniques and best practice to Contractors counterparts on site.
Identify potential delays and inform Site Construction Manager and Project Planning Engineer.
Provide analysis and rescheduling with implementation of any corrective actions as required and assist Contractors construction & planning representatives in this task (definition of priorities, sequences etc).
Prepare of ad hoc Project Planning documents.
Quantity surveyor / Progress Monitoring / Reporting:
Monitor the progress and control of Construction activities in liaison with Company Supervisors/Superintendants. Follow-up of quantities to be done/performed in any discipline, analysis of trends and productivity rates, preparation of manpower histograms.
Organize and manage the site weekly reporting of Company including progress tables and/or curves.
Provide adequate detailed feedback to Project Planning Engineer for Project reporting and planning.
Miscellaneous:
HSEQ responsibilities: support and enforce the HSEQ Project objectives and directives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be fully proficient on a hands on basis with Microsoft Project and have basics on Primavera,
Experience of Project planning, and good master of Computer tools,
Must be a good communicator and be a “team” player not only within Company but also with other parties.
Fluent English
Back-Ground and Work experience three years minimum in project construction
