Situation Plan Contract Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Contract Engineer ensure required support to Lead Contract Engineer for the need of arrangement and follow up within the dedicated area of contract and procurement for onshore project (in Moscow)
• Plan and undertake relevant market survey/market assessment for specific area of contractors and suppliers
• Contribute in establishing the onshore overall procurement strategy
• Establish specific procurement strategies for assigned area of contract(s)
• Undertake procurement processes such as prequalification, ITT preparation, evaluation of tenders, negotiation and establishment of contract awards (contracts, frame agreements, call offs) in accordance and in compliance with plans and schedule, goals, policies & requirements and procedures
• Establish contract follow-up strategies, maintain and follow-up contracts and supply, undertake variation order processes and issue variation orders and amendments in close cooperation with package responsible/company representative
• Work closely with and support other contract personnel within the Procurement unit to secure a uniform interpretation of the procurement policies and requirements and the contracts and also securing identical treatment of the contractors and suppliers
• Identify and carry out verification and relevant reports within own area of responsibility
• Contribute to the project invoice handling process and undertake the contractual verification of the invoices
• Ensure and undertake close out of contracts including close out report
• Contribute to good working environment with own unit and other units in the project
• Ensure close out of dedicated contracts including close out report
• Contract Engineer works in a multicultural environment
• Contract Engineer is accountable to organize his job in full respect and within the limit of defined and approved planning & budgets.
• Contract Engineer is accountable to have good relationships with removed offices of onshore project including EPC contractor’s locations.
• Contract Engineer is accountable to work in team spirit.

• At least 10 -15 years of relevant experience within procurement, particular international EPC contracts
