General Requirements:
International exposure
Working level English is a plus
Suitability for a small Company environment
8+ years of experience required
Main Duties:
Lead onshore civil structural design team on projects and train onshore civil structural engineers
Knowledge of construction procedures, scheduling of materials and labor
Fundamental understanding of architectural and construction drawings to be able to anticipate problems and make the proper corrections in order to keep the project on schedule
Working knowledge of Russian technical standards (Government Regulation 87, Planning Code etc.): ensuring compliance with Russian construction / commissioning standards & norms especially HSE
Perform conceptual, FEED and detail design of onshore works
Prepare civil structural design basis, design specifications, construction and installation work procedures, and cost estimations
Prepare technical proposals and check onshore civil structural design/ drawings
Interface with clients and coordinate with other disciplines
Perform analysis, calculation and detailed design of onshore works
Prepare material take-off
Skills & Knowledge:
Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
Minimum 8 years design experience in the Oil and gas (Upstream/Refinary projects)
STAAD Pro, Foundation 3D, MAT 3D, AUTOCAD software knowledge advantageous
