CIVIL & STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures that the Project Engineering Department’s activities are performed in order to execute all activities safely, reliable according to schedule and at optimum cost;
• Become fully familiar with the company way of project management;
• Become fully familiar and ensure implementation with the variety of construction work including Plant change and Brown field projects and systems installed by various projects in the company;
• Become fully familiar with the use of FUSION under Corporate system to readily access required documents and drawings;
• Provides Civil & Structural advice and support, as agreed with line supervisor, to customers and asset managers in areas of Construction;
• Able to Identifying foundations/structures from project drawings and locating on the field and marking up As-built drawings;
• Able to communicate with internal and external bodies on company technical issues;
• To contribute to the project lessons learnt and improving skills of personnel;
• To contribute to the advancement of working methods and tools within his specialty;
• Participate to training sessions of personnel, when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
• General (complete) secondary education and special training under the established programme;
• Specialized secondary education in Civil & Structural or equivalent;
• Professional experience: A minimum of 6 years experience in Construction position;
• At least 3 years in an construction position in the oil and gas or heavy power engineering industry, with experience in Project Construction;
• Able to communicate with internal and external bodies on technical issues;
• Russian Native & Fluent in English;
• PC knowledge: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook etc.
