Tasks:
∙ Run CP services throughout the contract pre- and post-award stages of the CP process
∙ Develop contracting and commercial strategy under contracts categories assigned;
∙ Prepare contracts based on approved contract templates and amend with specific T&C related to service required;
∙ Develop cost models for the services required, form templates for cost-breakdown analysis;
∙ Understand the market situation (available contractors, capacity, risks and other);
∙ Review technical evaluation matrix, scope of work and develop the documents together with contract holders;
∙ Prepare ITT documentation as per Company standards, implement the approved tender, coordinate technical evaluation with proper input from HSSE, technical, legal, finance and other relevant stakeholders;
∙ Analyze commercial bids, lead pricing and T&Cs negotiations to ensure contractor selection to deliver the best value to company;
∙ Ensure that tendering, bid clarification, evaluation and recommendation for award processes are in compliance with the CP procedures and standards;
∙ Implement comprehensive post award contract management plans for all major contracts awarded;
∙ Ensure all variation requests are dealt with in a timely manner and all contractual matters are addressed so as to avoid undue escalation and claims.
Requirements:
Experiencee with contracts and tenders in services for Oil and Gas projects
English - Upper-Intermediate
Economics or Technical education
