Requirements
Engineer (or equivalent culture) with 2-3 years’ experience as a Document Controller in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Sector.
Good knowledge of English language and experience in using IT systems in the role.
Native Russian
(Preferably) resident in Tomsk.

Responsibilities.
He reports directly to the Field Engineer and he is responsible for the filing of all technical documentation received and/or issued by Site.
He monitors data and technical documentation throughout the entire duration of the project ensuring that the same is in line with the Company standards and requirements.
He ensures that the technical documentation is properly stored and distributes the same as per the Company and Client necessity.
Coordinates the storage, review, approval and distribution of documents;
Assists in the management of the master document register, including engineering drawings, manufacturing data books, materials certificates, reports, etc. throughout the project;
Performs in accordance with goals set by the Project Manager and Engineering department;
Gain a thorough understanding of client and project document control requirements;
Assists in the collation and distribution of document management reports for the client and project team
Ensures that documents are in line with the Company standards and requirements;
Identifies improvement opportunities
