General Requirements
Oil and Gas Operator experience
International exposure is an advantage
Working level of English and Russian is a requirement
Suitability for a small company environment: flexibility & mobility.
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Strong construction background with strong experience in management of construction and commissioning contractors.
Working knowledge of conceptual design and detailed knowledge of eventual execution of small and larger projects. Responsibility for larger projects construction execution as part of dedicated Project Group (e.g. gas treatment facilities)
Working knowledge of Russian technical standards (Government Regulation 87, Planning Code etc.): ensuring compliance with Russian construction / commissioning standards & norms especially HSE.
Construction project management: budgeting and schedule projections, cost analysis and control.
Detailed knowledge of as-built documentation requirements and invoice payment basees (KC-2s/3s/etc).
Main responsibilities
To build, lead and manage a construction/commissioning team (civil, process, electrical, etc.)
Management of construction permitting, procurement, in-field construction & commissioning of all surface infrastructure: oil and gas gathering, processing, export, water injection
Represent the Company in strategic discussions with third parties and potential Joint Venture partners.
