General Requirements
Experience in O&G industry
International exposure / Experience with international oil companies
Working level English is a requirement
Suitability for a small Company environment
5 years of experience required
Main Responsibilities
Contractors HSE supervising in Drilling, Well Services, Construction
HSE support to Company production operations
Arranging HSE trainings – First Aid, Well Control, Defensive Driving etc…
Implementation of safety programs – Road Safety, PTW etc…
Drawing up of Emergency Response Plans, organizing drills
Development of safety standards and procedures
Incident investigation and follow up
Maintenance of safety records, regular reporting
