• Checks and verifies re-measurements prepared by Construction Contractors. • Verifies the monthly payment certificates and reports them to Subcontracts Administrator. • Studies all justifications given by Construction Contractors for any change orders or claims requested. • Does some estimates for the Change proposals of the Construction Contractor for evaluation purposes. • Coordinates with the supervisors/superintendents regarding the main works, additional works and field revisions. Hence to know the real situation at site and to know the story behind the claim. • Updates the Change Order / Variation Request log. • Assists in preparing and controlling back charges with cost control department. • Keeps the filing of various Construction Contracts and all related correspondence in accordance with the relevant procedures and instructions by Subcontracts Administrators. • Assists in advising the Site Construction Contracts Manager of any matters that may lead to a claim situation by the Construction Contractors. • Prepares final accounts and all close-out documents.
Requirements:
• Higher education. • Extensive knowledge of the documentation and relevant work experience. • Upper-intermediate English is a must.
