General Requirements
 Experience with an Operator
 International exposure
 Working level English is a requirement
 Suitability for a small Company environment
 15+ years of experience required
Main Duties
 Conduct feasibility studies on major additions/ upgrades to upstream processing facilities
 Perform evaluations required to establish and support long-term business strategies related to facilities
 Prepare written project justifications for presentation to corporate management
 Prepare scoping papers to define capital projects covering processing facilities
 Interface with operating, engineering, project management and corporate planning departments
 Perform system and economic evaluations of existing and potential new processing facilities
Skills & Knowledge
 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
 A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years as a specialist within Operator on upstream processing, operations and/or capital program planning
 Experienced in performing economic evaluations, feasibility studies and preparing requests for budgetary approvals within the oil and gas industry
 Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prepare budgetary reports and deliver technical presentations to corporate management
