General Requirements Experience with an Operator International exposure Working level English is a requirement Suitability for a small Company environment 15+ years of experience required Main Duties Conduct feasibility studies on major additions/ upgrades to upstream processing facilities Perform evaluations required to establish and support long-term business strategies related to facilities Prepare written project justifications for presentation to corporate management Prepare scoping papers to define capital projects covering processing facilities Interface with operating, engineering, project management and corporate planning departments Perform system and economic evaluations of existing and potential new processing facilities Skills & Knowledge Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering A minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years as a specialist within Operator on upstream processing, operations and/or capital program planning Experienced in performing economic evaluations, feasibility studies and preparing requests for budgetary approvals within the oil and gas industry Must be able to demonstrate the ability to prepare budgetary reports and deliver technical presentations to corporate management
