Senior Recruiter / in-house (construction / oil&gas)
Senior Recruiter will be a part of HR Team in Moscow office and assigned to the recruitment activities related to the current and upcoming EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects, related to the construction of industrial objects in refinery/gas processing industries. Areas of recruitment activities will be: Moscow office + Project Sites. Work place: Moscow office.
Main responsibilities: • Acting as Focal Point for the whole scope of local recruitment activities (Moscow office and Projects). • Strong regular based interaction with Managers of local Business Units (Moscow office & Project Sites) and Head Office in terms of regular update regarding recruitment needs, further proper/proactive processing and recruitment actions. • Management of full-life cycle professional recruitment process (up to 15-20 vacancies simultaneously). • Providing full support to Hiring Managers in terms of recruitment process which consists of and not limited by: 1. receiving, processing and verification of incoming Recruitment Requests from Hiring Managers; 2. pro-active communication with potential Hiring Managers in case of upcoming project needs (to provide necessary preparation/update of data base); 3. further search&selection, primary interviewing, interaction with the Managers in terms of provision of the selected profiles and further arrangement of meetings/interviews; 4. requesting and processing Technical Assessments based on interview results; 5. preparation of the requests for approval to Head Office and regular tracking the status; preparation of the Job Offers for the final candidates. • Consolidation of feedback from Hiring Managers/interviewers, coordinating final assessment and selection process. • Provision of required advisory/consultancy for Hiring Managers in recruitment issues. • Working with/following internal databases and policies. • Close collaboration with / coordination of recruitment agencies as additional support in identification of qualified candidates for project needs.
Requirements: • Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in recruitment is required («In-house» experience in international companies - Oil and Gas Operators or EPC - is mandatory). • Fluent level of English language. • PC advanced knowledge: MS Word и Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills, as well as to work within multinational working environment are required. • Pro-active recruitment approach and capability for successfully processing of variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines. • Strong ability to work within a dynamic, challenging and changing environment. • Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information.
