Joint Venture Company which deals with one of the biggest and most perspective Oil&Gas projects in CIS is looking for a skilled telecom engineer.
The main function is to coordinate the Telecom systems (PAGA, VHF, UHF, CCTV, Access control) studies of the project.
Responsibilities:
- To control Project's EPC phase of relevant discipline and provide assistance/support to pre-commissioning and commissioning/start-up preparation teams.
- Guarantee the quality of Telecom systems related studies and associated deliverables.
- Monitor and coordinate EPC Contractors and guide the design of the installations by close participation in the design activities, review and comment on the corresponding EPC deliverables.
- To participate in IFAT, SAT, commissioning and startup of Telecom, packages in vendor locations, Module Yards and construction Site.
- To ensure the Object Telecom systems design consistency, optimization, operability and flexibility which imply interfaces management and leadership towards other packages, such as upstream facilities, power generation, methanol production and marine port.
- To ensure EPC is in line with local regulations, international standards and best engineering practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate engineer with specialization in automation, ESD, F&G.
- 8+ years in Telecom within big Industrial or Oil&Gas Projects (downstream is more preferable).
- Good knowledge of international and Russian standards.
- Experience with Optical fiber networks technology.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN, Cyber Security and Time synchronization for industrial systems, VSAT for data and voice.
- Knowledge of Telephony systems (VoIP, PBX IP media gateway, PABX (hybrid), Video and audio conference systems).
- Experience with Radio systems, e.g. UHF Trunk with PBX interface and conventional networks, VHF air and Marine, base transmitters and handled radios, Inmarsat stations.
- CCTV, Fixed and PTZ cameras including Explosion proof and infrared cameras in classified areas, optical fiber convertors, telemetry boards, PTZ motors and enclosures, central system.
- Access Control system (Gates, road barriers, turnstiles, badge readers, managed doors locking devices, remote central controllers).
- PA/GA systems (Main unit and remote units, amplifiers, loudspeakers), Intercom device.
- SAP, other ERP or Maintenance Management system experience.
Conditions:
- Work in Moscow till the end of 2016, then work on rotational basis (28/28)
