- To review and approve the specification and design (by contractors) of offshore pipeline and riser systems, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost
- Overall technical integrity of underwater pipeline and riser system design premises, design structural and flow assurance behaviour
- Underwater pipeline and riser system compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering beat practices
- Accuracy of underwater pipeline and riser system cost and schedule estimates
- Defining design premises of underwater pipeline and riser system (structural and flow assurance aspects)
- Defining and specifying geotechnical and geophysical surveys.
- Defining and specifying metoceangraphic surveys or studies
- Defining underwater pipeline route
- Defining riser system layout
- Supervising internal design and subcontracted design
- Performing material selection and specification
- ITT preparation and bid technical evaluation
- Planning, reviewing and following-up systems purchasing, construction and commissioning
- Flow assurance follow-up from design to start up
- Estimating underwater pipeline and riser system cost and schedule - Relevant Engineering degree
- Fluent English
- Offshore survival course
- 10 years of oil/gas experience
- 5 years of riser systems & pipeline design experience

- Plant Design Mechanical design
- Offshore Structures Design, Geotechnical and - Geophysics Survey

- Sea-line Riser System Sea-line and riser system design, Flow assurance principles study, Multi Phases R&D
- Production System Design, Production System - Design Deep water R&D, Oil & Gas Processes and facilities.
- Project management: Preparation of development programme and budget, Data Books, Operations and decommissioning Manual, Close out Report Preparation
