Anotech ENERGY is an engineering consulting company with more than 550 employees, specialized in the field of oil and gas. We are the partner of major players in the oil and gas industry and energy sector. Anotech ENERGY is a subsidiary that belongs to Alten S.A which is a French Engineering consulting group that counts over 15 000 employees in 18 countries.

This position is based in Kaluga region, Russia. The Structure Supervisor will be involved in a construction project.

Activities:

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers;
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectifications works;
• Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned;
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan;
• Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out according to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations;
• Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.

• Rotation, 11x2

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate engineer with minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Good in English (speaking and writing)
Fluent Russian is mandatory.
Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
