Currently we are looking for a Superintendent Scaffolding/Painting/Insulation for our construction Site in Tobolsk (Russia). The project will start immediately and last until end of 2012.
Start of Working Period: Nov/Dec 2010
Duration of Engagement : about 2 years
Job Description (main tasks) :
- Supervision of construction site activities with respect to scaffolding and painting matters (mechanical and E&I) and verifying scaffolding concepts, inspection of scaffolds;
- supervision of our subcontractor's personnel; inspection of painting;
- attending meetings with clients, contractors and own staff;
- reporting.
Rotation: 2 weeks after every 2 months on site
Working time: 56 hours / week (Monday – Saturday)
Shift pattern: Mo – Fr: 10 hours / day
Saturday: 6 hours
Overtime will be paid separately if approved by the site manager
Accommodation, food, transportation (to and from site and flights), medical insurance will be provided free of charge.
Professional Experience:
Working as a scaffolding/painting superintendent in chemical and/or petrochemical industry; experience with local (Russian) authorities and contractors welcome;
able to handle MS Office tools;
several years practical experience on construction sites.
