WE require services of drilling supervision while drilling or testing (workover) of seven exploration and appraisal wells. Anticipated Total Vertical Depth of the wells are 6000 to 9000 feet. (Expected normal pressure) With borehole sizes ranging from 26 inch to 6”. Mud densities are expected to range from 8.7 ppg to 10.0 ppg. Water base mud is planned for all wells.
We need drilling engineer and completion engineer - speaking Russian
Also, we need 4 underground foremen.

SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS
YOU should provide all necessary and relevant information concerning personal experience (CV), pricing reference, terms and conditions of the Russian language speaking, possessing work experience at ex-USSR well sites personnel to perform the following required services:
1. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversees the execution of all operational programmes and acts as Company-man on assigned rig covering drilling, workover, well completion and related activities covered by contractors and/or service companies.
2. receives detailed programmes from Supervisor, translates into operational activities and conducts detailed observation and inspection of contractors activities on site,
3. Reviews programmes in light of work progress, proposes and implements minor amendments to approved programmes in light of unforeseen operations requirements,
4. Discusses proposal programme changes with supervisor to improve drilling operations and implements changes in case of emergency or safety hazardous on own initiative.
5. Supervises and controls the activities of Service Company’s personnel involved in provision of technical services/operations covering wireline logging, fishing, running and pulling completions, acidising, cementing, directional drilling, production testing, sampling, coring. .etc
6. Monitors execution of related programmes, reviews and reports on progress, arranges administrative support such as accommodation and transportation of personnel and equipment,
7. Investigates required supplies, orders materials/equipment from company stores and occasionally, requests manufacturing of other requirements such as crossovers.. etc..,
8. Controls and ensures the economics consumption and safe utilization of Company supplied materials and equipment,
9. Ensures safe return of equipment and surplus materials to Company’s stores upon completion of related operations.
10. Prepares the daily progress report including the daily rig operating cost and supply, activities at rig site,
11. Holds pre-job meetings with concerned contractor/ service companies personnel to highlight potential hazards and to advise on preventive measures,
12. Liaises with the relief for inspection and handover of activities at each tower,
13. Handles all emergencies encountered during normal operations of rig moves as per Company established policy.
14. Implements and maintains HSE programme, include not limited to
(i) Reports and investigates incident/accidents and makes necessary recommendations for improvement,
(ii) Ensures that safety equipment and systems are maintained in efficient operating conditions,
(iii) Ensures that contractors are fully aware and adhere to all Company’s procedures, standards and systems,
(iv) carries out planned inspection and self auditing to ensure plant and equipment are properly maintained,
(v) Conducts group safety meetings for contractors key personnel on the rig,
(vii) Initiates emergency drills and exercises on weekly basis,
(viii) Discusses near misses on daily basis and draw-up lessons learnt.
