Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Analyse CP demands and planning; • Develop Company’s Commercial Strategies; • C&P Process Ownership; • Contract Data Management: Accountable to maintain portfolio of contracts / procurement information in Omnicom and SAP; • Tender Management; • Prepare Contract: Accountable and responsible for the preparation, authorization and release of contracts and Purchase Orders in SAP; • Conduct Strategy Reviews; • Post Contract and Purchase Order Support; • Portfolio Management; • Stock Analysis & Strategy; • Management of Procurement (specific) Activities. Experience and Qualifications required: • Higher professional education in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or Business Administration; • Additional training or professional qualification in Contracting and Procurement is essential;
• The minimal previous work experience under the speciality of Contracting & Procurement - 8 years; • Demonstrable understanding of financial, commercial and technical controls in both the tendering process and contract management, with a thorough understanding of commercial law; • Fluency in English as a contract language; • Skilled experience of supply chain management; • Clear understanding of EP business drivers; • Knowledge and experience of global/regional ways of working; • Strong commercial skills and value/cost focus.
