Assignment title: VESSEL REP - SURVEY & SEABED INTERVENTION
Contract Period: Start: 01.01.2013 End: 31.12.2013
Assignment description:
1. Act as Vessel Representative onboard vessels performing various work for Statoil. (survey/inspection, rock installation, dredging/trenching, light construction, laysupport, geotechnical drilling/sampling, metocean, etc).
2. Preparations/follow up/QC work in Statoil’s offices related to activities in point 1.
Responsibilities/tasks:
• Represent and be Statoil’s single point of contact onboard
• Ensure the work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, to the required quality, and according to workscope and HSE requirements
• Participate in HSE activities (Hazops, SJAs, etc)
• Report/communicate with Statoil’s land organization and offshore installations
• Act according to Statoil values, and contribute with good HSE culture
• Promote, behave according to and comply with systems and requirements
• Quality control of data/reports
Successful candidates must be willing to work both onboard the vessels and in Statoil’s offices
Competence requirements:
• Relevant HSE qualifications and experience.
• Experience/competence in survey/seabed intervention work and other work as listed above, incl. QC of such work.
• Familiar with data QC and software tools.
Language requirements (if essential for the work): English
Comments on rotation: Dependent on vessel schedule/activity
Workplace: Offshore, with periods onshore Stavanger
