Requirements:

* Minimum 5-year Buyer/Expeditor or similar experience in Oil & Gas industry and Construction (upstream / Pipeline)
* Rigorous / Good communication skills / Able to work in a multicultural environment
* Fluent in English and Russian (speaking and writing)
* Good knowledge of French will be of advantage

Responsibilities:

* To analyze the procurement demands expressed by internal customers
* To participate to the finalizing of the statement of requirements
* To determine and negotiate the commercial conditions which best serve the company’s interests
* To propose the list of suppliers
* To prepare and send out the Request for Quotation and/or Call For Tender
* Analyze the proposals, participate to the clarifications and to the negotiations, establish the choice recommendation
* To issue the contractual documents according to the Group’s General Conditions of procurement, by ensuring the conformity with the regulations which may be applied
* To follow and know the markets, participate to the follow-up, and the evaluation of the suppliers and contractors
* To follow the PO till the delivery on site (good receipt issued) in order to be able to trace it at anytime for informing the internal customer
* To prepare weekly report on the procurement activity

Conditions:

* Temprorary contract (6-10 months)
