Leading recruitment agency in the Russian market is searching for successful candidates to Senior Recruitment Consultant Position, Oil&Gas market

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating your own network from a variety of sources including advertising, job boards, professional networking sites and our internal database
- Developing relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and advising them on suitable candidate profiles and market trends
- Ensuring the right candidate is put forward for the right role, thus ensuring our clients receive the quality service they expect from us
- Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle including finding candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to the job and the interview process
- Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure the placement of your candidate!

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Higher Education graduate
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Russian
Motivated by targets
The drive and determination to succeed in a challenging environment
The succesful candidate will have previous experience of working in the oil and gas industry (or in oil and gas recruitment)

COMPENSATION:

Annual compensation+ very good bonus !!!!!
