Job responsibilities:
- Reports to the Executive Director of the Branch;
- Executes full control over the condition of equipment, its safety and records in close cooperation with accounting dprt;
- Executes control over the requirements for additional equipment, compiles orders for purchase of additional equipment from suppliers and a head office;
- Executes full control over the delivery of equipment to the rig site, importations / exportations, customs clearance;
- Work with the CorStock inventory program;
- Executes e-mail correspondence with the head office in Aberdeen regarding additional requirement of equipment;
- Supervises and manages the work of coring engineers while in the office / warehouse;
- Works closely with the operations to make sure the level of inventory is sufficient to execute efficiently the workload
- Other tasks of the Executive Director of the Branch;
Work schedule: Atyrau, 5/2
Education: High technical education in the oil and gas area
Desirable experience (industry, position etc.): - Experience of working with oil and gas equipment not less than 3 years;
- Experience of working with various equipment’s drawings, technical characteristics;
Languages knowledge: Level of English not lower than Intermediate (minimum required level)
Competencies: - Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and lead a team;
- Decision making skills;
