Technical Sales Consultant (DCS\ESD)
Work location: Moscow
Responsibilities:
• Provides both pre-sales and post-sales technical marketing support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with complex products, such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Hybrid DCS and InFusion CE systems.
• Makes technical presentations regarding all aspects of company products and engineered solutions.
• Assists sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Develops and provides specific promotional materials and demonstrations that support the company’s product and service capabilities.
• Coordinates and communicates with the Demonstration Center and Industry Marketing to ensure demonstrations meet the customer’s needs.
• Consolidates and maintains current technical and commercial competitive information.
• Participates in customer site visits.
• Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to Customer Service, Sales, and customer’s employees.
• Coordinates and supports technical and application training, and sales support training for contractors, manufacturer's representatives and other third-party distribution partners.
• Develops and delivers training programs including product presentation techniques and strategies.
• Leads the field release of new products. Assists in preparation and auditing of order entry transfer report.
• Provides technical field input to Marketing and Development to initiate potential product enhancements.
• Contributes to development of sales strategies to grow market share.
• Contributes to meeting the business and volume plan established by Sales Management.
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field
• Fluent English
• Working experience from automation industry/ power industry/ oil and gas area
• Strong technical skills in terms of DCS/ ESD
• Superior presentation skills
• Eye for detail
• Business minded
• Flexible to travel if needed
